Rules
Puzzle solving has very few rules only that the puzzle has to be solved. In the case of mechanical puzzles it is important that the participant has the initial and final position of each puzzle checked. If this is not done then the player may be forced to demonstrate the solution on the spot or face a penalty to their score.
You can find out about opportunities to play Puzzle Solving live at the timetable. Please report any external links that have broken or have changed to contain inappropriate material. More information about how tournament play works can be found in clocks and in MSO rules.
